Painting Mt. Tam (part 4)

Here's where I ended work on my painting MT. TAM today. (I wish you could see it in person!)

DAY 4: Here's what the painting looked like this morning before I got started.

I first began with the tree and then worked on the grass.

Close-up of the tree in progress. I ended up with MANY layers of paint on the leaves by the time the day was done.

More progress on the grass and tree. We've been out-of-town for a week, so it took me a while to get back into my painting groove!

I'm done for now! The tree will probably take at least two weeks to dry... then we'll see what else needs to be done.
