I love turning over to the next page in a calendar.
Sometimes it’s hard to say goodbye to a month…
But I’m pretty happy to say hello to February — anticipating an upcoming vacation, three sweet new young helpers at my store, and the coming of spring.
Here in my town, the daffodils normally start to poke their heads up and often bloom on Valentine’s Day.
That is the only present I need on 2/14.
As February rolls in, I continue my new practice of “breathing out.” Letting go of all things I didn’t get done today, remembering the world will not end if my to-do list is unfinished.
