Why the title? About the time I began working on this painting, I heard this message about True Rest. It began the process of causing me start thinking differently about a lot of things. You can listen to it by clicking on the link below.
I love the colors and the fact that when I saw it I immediately stopped and took a deep, cleansing breath. I needed that this evening!
I’m so glad it helped you relax for a minute. It’s amazing what a difference some deep breathing does. I do yoga with Denise Austin 2 mornings a week. She pretty much spends the entire workout reminding you to breathe deeply. But it works!
